At Biohacking Elite, we are committed to delivering high-quality research products backed by strict quality-control standards. Due to the specialized nature of our products and the importance of maintaining product integrity, all sales are generally considered final.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

To protect product quality, traceability, and compliance standards, Biohacking Elite does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Because our products are handled under controlled conditions, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

To submit a claim, you must:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of the recorded delivery date.
  • Provide your order number.
  • Submit clear photographs showing the issue.
  • Retain all original packaging and products until the claim review is completed.

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent claim approval.

Eligible Claims

Claims may qualify for review in situations such as:

  • Damaged or broken product containers.
  • Compromised seals or packaging.
  • Missing products within a shipment.
  • Incorrect items received.
  • Products that materially differ from the product documentation provided.

Minor cosmetic damage to external shipping materials that does not impact product quality or integrity generally does not qualify for replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation under the following circumstances:

  • Within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Before fulfillment or shipping preparation has begun.

Once an order enters processing, packaging, or shipment preparation, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Customers requiring an order cancellation should contact our support team immediately.

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, reimbursement will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout whenever possible.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for refund processing.
  • Additional time required by your financial institution to post the funds.

Refunds are not typically issued through alternative payment methods unless required by applicable law.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable except in cases where the refund results from an error on our part.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment appears lost in transit or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
  • Request additional information from the customer.
  • Provide a replacement shipment when appropriate.
  • Approve a refund following review of the carrier investigation.

Lost-package concerns should be reported within 72 hours of the expected or recorded delivery date whenever possible.

Product Quality Commitment

Biohacking Elite maintains strict quality-control procedures throughout product sourcing, handling, packaging, and fulfillment.

Where applicable, products may include supporting documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and batch identification information.

If you believe a product was received in error or does not reasonably match the specifications provided on the product page, please contact our support team with:

  • Relevant documentation

Our team will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.
