At Biohacking Elite, we understand the importance of fast, reliable, and secure delivery. We maintain inventory of all listed products to ensure orders are processed efficiently and shipped without unnecessary delays.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on regular business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Orders submitted after the daily cutoff time, on weekends, or on recognized U.S. holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Product Handling & Storage During Transit
All peptide products are shipped in carefully prepared packaging designed to maintain product quality throughout transit.
Our lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are generally stable during normal shipping conditions. Upon delivery, customers should promptly store products according to the recommended storage guidelines provided with their order.
For long-term preservation, appropriate cold-storage conditions are recommended where applicable.
Packaging Standards
Every shipment is prepared with product protection, quality assurance, and discretion in mind.
Each order includes:
- Clearly labeled product vials
- Batch or lot identification information
- Protective packaging to minimize breakage during transit
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) when applicable
- Secure and discreet external packaging
We take every reasonable measure to ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Shipping Restrictions
Domestic Shipping Only
Biohacking Elite currently ships exclusively within the United States.
Orders placed with international shipping destinations may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
We do not ship to:
- International destinations
- Freight forwarding services
- Mail forwarding addresses
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
- Restricted jurisdictions where applicable regulations prohibit shipment
Additional restrictions may apply based on federal, state, or local regulations.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, is missing, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
To assist with an investigation, please provide:
- Order Number
- Tracking Number
- Photographs of any visible damage (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
Claims for damaged or missing shipments should be reported within 72 hours of the recorded delivery date.
We will work directly with the carrier to investigate the matter and determine whether a replacement, reshipment, or refund is appropriate.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a shipment has been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
To reduce the risk of loss or theft, we strongly recommend shipping orders to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package.
