Our Commitment to Quality
Review the Material
and Its Documentation
Review the documentation for the specific material and lot. Check the laboratory, analytical method, reported results and report date. A general quality statement does not establish the identity, purity or suitability of a particular batch. Contact our team with documentation questions.
A Documentation Review Checklist
Material and Report Review
Use these checks when reviewing material for laboratory research. Record missing information as an open question rather than assuming a test was performed or passed.
Reading Analytical Reports
Evidence and Scope
Read each analytical report within its stated material, lot, methods and date. A purity percentage alone does not establish identity, content, sterility or suitability for a particular use.
Questions to Check:
• What material and lot are identified?
• What methods, results and reporting basis are stated?
• Which laboratory and report date are listed?
• Which tests are absent or outside the report’s scope?
